DM Assistant

A private scheduling assistant for Elevate LLP.

DM Assistant is an internal tool. Its operator messages it on WhatsApp — by text or voice note — and it files calls, follow-ups and tasks, sends reminders before each call, and posts a daily digest. Scheduled calls are written to the operator's own Google Calendar.

Who can use it

Nobody but its operator. The assistant locks onto a single chat on first contact and ignores every other sender. There is no sign-up, and no account can be created.

Google data

• It uses the Google Calendar API to create, update and delete calendar events it has created.
• It acts only on the single Google account that authorised it.
• It reads no other Google data and shares nothing with third parties.
