DM Assistant is a single-operator internal tool run by Elevate LLP. It has one user: the person who deployed it. It does not offer accounts, and it collects nothing from visitors to this page.

What it stores

• The WhatsApp messages its operator sends it, and the replies it sends back.
• Calls, follow-ups and tasks parsed out of those messages, with their times and notes.
• Voice notes are transcribed to text; the audio is not retained.

All of it lives in a Postgres database on a private server controlled by the operator.

Google user data

With the operator's consent, the assistant uses the Google Calendar API on the operator's own Google account. It uses the calendar.events scope to create, update and delete the calendar events it schedules. It does not read unrelated calendar data, and it accesses no other Google service.

DM Assistant's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never transferred to third parties, and never used for advertising or to train any model.

Third-party processing

• Unipile relays messages to and from WhatsApp.
• Groq parses message text into actions and transcribes voice notes. Message text is sent to Groq for this purpose and is not used to train models.
• Google Calendar receives the title and time of scheduled items.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept until the operator deletes it. Revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions stops all calendar access immediately. To have stored data erased, contact the address below.
